Colon Cancer, also referred to as colorectal cancer, starts in either your colon or rectum. It presents as Symptoms that include: changes in bowel habits (diarrhea/constipation), feeling that your bowels do not completely empty after a movement; blood-tinged stool; weakness/fatigue/tiredness; or unexplained weight loss.
